How the Work Runs

Four stages, each with a written result.

  1. Audit and scope

We review the current state and agree on the result.

  2. Architecture and plan

We choose the stack and describe the architecture.

  3. Build in iterations

You see progress in iterations, not at the end.

  4. Launch and 30-day warranty

We hand over code, documentation, and warranty.

Where This Fits

A WooCommerce store rarely fails because of the theme. It fails in checkout: a plugin adds a fee in the wrong currency, a payment gateway times out, or a discount rule conflicts with a tax rule. We treat checkout as the critical path and test it with real orders before launch.

For B2B stores the catalog itself becomes the product: tier prices, quotes, minimum order quantities, and customer-specific catalogs. We build those rules into the data model instead of stacking plugins, which keeps the admin understandable and the store fast under load.

Risks We Remove

Two risks dominate a store: money and stock. A payment that succeeds in the gateway but fails in the order creates a refund and a support ticket. Stock that is cached in three places sells the same item twice. We keep both paths in one place and test them with real orders, including failures.

Plugin count is the second cost. Every extension adds a query, a script, and a future conflict. We remove what duplicates core behaviour and keep custom code small enough to review.

Timeline and Budget

Typical timeline: 4 to 10 weeks. A store starts around $3,500; hourly work starts at $35.

Questions & Answers

What clients ask before the start.

Can you migrate our store?
Yes. We move products, orders, customers, and SEO URLs, then test checkout and payments before launch.
Our checkout breaks on updates. Can you fix it?
Usually yes. We isolate the cause, replace the conflicting plugin, and add a staging check.
Do you work with our payment provider?
If it has an API or a WooCommerce gateway, yes. We test refunds and failed payments, not only the happy path.
What about speed?
Caching alone will not fix a heavy store. We clean queries, images, and scripts, then measure again.
