DevOps & Cloud

Deployments Without Surprises

CI/CD, containers, servers, monitoring, and backups. Infrastructure a small team can actually operate.

DevOps & Cloud

Detailed Capability Breakdown

  1. Infrastructure audit

Servers, costs, access, and single points of failure.

  2. CI/CD pipelines

Build, test, and deploy on every change.

  3. Containers and servers

Docker, Nginx, PHP-FPM, queues, and workers.

  4. Monitoring and backups

Alerts, logs, recovery, and a rollback plan.

What We Build

Small team

Boring infrastructure that one person can run.

High load

Caching, queues, and database tuning.

Migration

Move to a new server or cloud without downtime.

What Is Included

The scope is agreed in writing before the start.

Scope

  • Docker
  • GitHub Actions
  • Nginx and PHP-FPM
  • Redis and queues
  • Monitoring and alerts
  • Backups and recovery

What You Get

  • Repeatable deploys
  • One-command rollback
  • Alerts before users notice
  • Costs you can explain

How the Work Runs

Four stages, each with a written result.

  1. Audit and scope

We review the current state and agree on the result.

  2. Architecture and plan

We choose the stack and describe the architecture.

  3. Build in iterations

You see progress in iterations, not at the end.

  4. Launch and 30-day warranty

We hand over code, documentation, and warranty.

Where This Fits

Infrastructure should be boring. A deploy must be repeatable, a rollback must take one command, and an alert must reach a person who can act. We write those paths down and test them before the first production release, not after the first incident.

Cloud cost is part of the design. Idle servers, oversized databases, and unmanaged backups add up quietly. We measure usage, remove what is not needed, and leave a cost model the team can read without calling us every month.

Risks We Remove

Two failures cost the most: a deploy nobody can roll back and a backup nobody has restored. We test both before the first release. Alerts are configured to reach a person, not a dashboard, and every alert has a runbook with the first three steps.

Access is part of the same work. Shared root credentials, open database ports, and old SSH keys are removed during the audit, so the infrastructure is not only automated but also explainable.

Timeline and Budget

Typical timeline: 1 to 4 weeks. A setup starts around $900; hourly work starts at $45.

Questions & Answers

What clients ask before the start.

Do you manage servers after setup?
Yes, under a support retainer. We monitor, patch, and respond to incidents.
Can you reduce our cloud bill?
Often. We measure the current usage, remove idle resources, and show the new cost model.
Do you work with our cloud account?
Yes. We work inside your account and your access rules, with no shared credentials.
What about zero downtime?
We plan the migration, keep a rollback path, and move traffic in stages.
