Risks, scope, and what release-ready means.
Real flows on real browsers and devices.
Playwright and Cypress for critical paths.
A repeatable checklist before every deploy.

iOS and Android builds, weak devices.
Contracts, errors, and edge cases.
The scope is agreed in writing before the start.
Four stages, each with a written result.
We review the current state and agree on the result.
We choose the stack and describe the architecture.
You see progress in iterations, not at the end.
We hand over code, documentation, and warranty.
Regressions are expensive because they appear after the release, when users are already affected. A short regression suite around checkout, login, and payments catches most of them and takes minutes to run. We automate the flows that break often and keep manual checks for what automation cannot judge.
Testing also produces documentation. Each test case describes how the product is supposed to behave, which helps new team members and makes release decisions less emotional. The report is written for the people who ship, not for a QA archive.
Testing is a budget decision. Full coverage of every screen costs more than the risk it removes. We map the flows where a failure costs money or trust: checkout, login, payments, and permissions. Those get automated checks; the rest gets a documented manual pass before release.
Reports are written for developers and product owners. Each bug has steps, environment, and evidence, so nobody spends a day reproducing it.
Typical timeline: 1 to 4 weeks for a suite. Hourly work starts at $30.
