HSBC and Google Cloud join forces to accelerate growth of climate tech startups

Google and HSBC are joining forces to make it easier for climate tech companies using Google Cloud to access financial support from HSBC’s climate tech-focused finance team. Under the partnership, members of the Google Cloud Ready – Sustainability programme will be offered financing options and connections with HSBC’s customer base. The collaboration aims to help climate tech startups scale-up and develop solutions to address the climate crisis. The first company to benefit from the collaboration is LevelTen Energy, which facilitates clean energy transactions.
