GLOBUS.studio (hereinafter referred to as “Studio Globus” “we”, “us” and “our”) has created this policy to demonstrate its commitment to privacy. This policy applies to the collection, use and disclosure of information by Studio Globus collected for the provision of services on the Internet (hereinafter the "Services").
Collection and use of information
Globus Studio is the sole owner of the information collected to provide the Services. We do not sell, distribute or lease this information to third parties otherwise than described in this document. Globus Studio collects user information, which may include information about data transfer, including IP address, domain server, type of computer and web browser. This is anonymous information that does not personally identify the user, but is used for marketing purposes or to improve the site's experience for that user.
Personal data such as username, address, company position, contact information and advertising cost range may be collected from the user on a voluntary basis in order to provide the service, information requested or customer service.
We will retain your information for as long as the cooperation agreement is in effect, to the extent necessary for the provision of services, and as necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, resolve disputes and comply with contracts.
Globus Studio applies generally accepted technical security standards to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access. Only employees who use the information to perform specific tasks have the right to access personally identifiable information. There is no 100% secure internet transmission or electronic storage. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Correction / Updating of personal data
If the personally identifiable information has changed (for example, address, name or e-mail address), or if the user refuses our services in the future, we provide the opportunity to correct, update or delete the personal data of that user provided to us. This can usually be done via email. We will respond to your request for access to information within 30 days.
We may use IP addresses to analyze general trends, administer the website, track user transitions around the site, and collect broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Unless otherwise stated, this information is not outside the scope of Studio Globus and / or its designated contractors. Information is shared with contractors for the purpose of analyzing trends in user behavior and demographic information. IP addresses may be disclosed to third parties only for research and reporting on similar services for internal use by Studio Globus.

Transfer and disclosure of information
Studio Globus may enter into partnerships with third parties - executors to help process tasks and provide other services, for example, sending e-mails on our behalf. These companies do not store, distribute, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes and are authorized to use personal data, namely name and email address, only as necessary to provide us with the specified services.
We may share aggregated demographic data about our user base with our partners and customers. This information does not allow you to find out the individual data of users.
Globus Studio acts as an agent for each of its clients, providing services in the interests of the client. Each client tells us what types of data should be collected on their behalf. This data may include referrals from search engines, as well as buying behavior and related information.
Studio Globus may track certain activities on clients' websites, including visits by users to certain pages on client's websites or certain actions. We use persistent cookies to determine the activity on the client's website.
We post customer reviews on our website, which may contain personally identifiable information. Before posting a review, we obtain the customer's consent by email to publish their name along with the review.
